太极六合针法治疗脾胃虚弱型主观性耳鸣的疗效观察
Therapeutic observation of Taiji six-harmonies needling method in treating subjective tinnitus due to spleen-stomach deficiency
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Taiji six-harmonies needling method in treating subjective tinnitus due to spleen-stomach deficiency.Method Sixty-nine patients with subjective tinnitus due to spleen-stomach deficiency were recruited as the subjects.They were divided into an observation group(35 cases)and a control group(34 cases)using a random number table.The observation group was treated with Taiji six-harmonies needling,and the control group was given conventional acupuncture.Before and after the treatment as well as at the follow-up,the two groups were observed for changes in the visual analog scale(VAS)score for assessing tinnitus levels,tinnitus evaluation questionnaire(TEQ)grade and score,and symptom score of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The clinical efficacy was also compared between the two groups.Result The total effective rate was 94.3%in the observation group versus 76.5%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Both groups showed decreases in the VAS score,TEQ grade and score,and TCM symptom score after the treatment and at the follow-up compared to the baseline(P＜0.05),and the observation group was superior to the control group in comparing these measures(P＜0.05).Conclusion Taiji six-harmonies needling can produce more significant clinical efficacy than conventional acupuncture in treating subjective tinnitus due to spleen-stomach deficiency;it can better reduce tinnitus and further improve symptoms.关键词
