Research on the development and performance of weft-knitted antibacterial sunscreen fabrics

为开发具备抗菌功能的纬编防晒面料,本文采用超消光锦纶和银离子氨纶,在纬平针组织基础上增加浮线和集圈,浮线和集圈的存在使布面呈现凹凸的效果.同时,研究了厚度、孔隙率和组织结构表面形态对织物防晒性能的影响.结果表明:厚度对织物的防晒性能无明显影响;织物的孔隙率越低,织物的防晒性能越好,通过降低孔隙率,UPF指数可以提升3倍.然后测试面料的抗菌性能、透气性能和液态水分管理,结果显示面料具备良好的抗菌性能、透气性和单向导湿性.本文对于提升防晒面料的防晒性能与穿着舒适性及多功能性具有一定指导意义.

With the improvement of people's standard of living and their awareness of health,the demands on the fabrics used for outdoor clothing and everyday wear are getting increasingly high.Traditional fabrics often lack sun protection and anti-bacterial properties,and are unable to meet today's demands for a healthy lifestyle.Especially during outdoor activities,intense UV radiation and bacterial growth have become increasingly important,posing a potential threat to people's health.Based on this,the development of weft-knitted antibacterial sunscreen fabrics has gradually become a priority,and the fabrics are designed with a concave-convex structure to increase the comfort of the fabrics.Meanwhile,the new antibacterial spandex yarn is said to increase the functionality of the fabric,and combined with the benefits of weft knitting technology,the fabric has good elasticity and breathability,making it comfortable and light to wear,suitable for all types of outdoor activities and everyday wear.To develop weft-knitted sunscreen fabrics with antibacterial function,super-matt nylon and silver-ion spandex are used,and floating yarns and set-in loops are added based on the flat-knit weft structure,and the presence of floating yarns and set-in loops gives the fabric surface a concave-convex effect.The effects of thickness,porosity and surface morphology of the fabric structure on the sun protection properties of fabrics are investigated;and then the antimicrobial properties of the fabrics against E.coli and S.aureus under normal and acidic conditions are tested and the results show that the fabrics have good antimicrobial properties,breathability and unidirectional moisture transfer.In this paper,the design of concave-convex structure design improves the heat and moisture comfort performance of sun protection fabrics,and the antimicrobial spandex yarns and super-matt nylon yarns are knitted together,which adds to the functionality of sun protection fabrics and the novelty of fabrics. The research and development of weft-knitted antibacterial sunscreen fabrics has a broad perspective,with great market potential and social value.In the future,with the continuous progress of technological innovation and the changing needs of consumers,weft-knitted antibacterial sunscreen fabrics will continue to develop to a higher level and in a wider range of areas,so as to provide people with more high-quality,comfortable and environmentally friendly fabrics for a healthy life.
