Abstract
[Objective]As a technical support element for the transformation and upgrading of micro-level entities,green standardization has become increasingly important in the national strategic transformation.Therefore,this paper explores the synergistic relationship and evolution trend between China's green standards and green transformation and development,aiming to provide theoretical and practical bases for the national green transformation.[Methods]Based on the local standard data in the industrial and environmental protection fields in the Yangtze River Delta region from 2018 to 2021,a coupling and coordination model of the dual systems of regional green transformation and green standards is constructed to measure the coupling degree and evolution trend between the two.[Results]The research finds that the coupling degree between the two mainly distributes in the interval(0.5,0.8),and the coupling coordination degree shows an"N-shaped"fluctuation trend.[Conclusion]The stage of coupling and coordinated development has experienced the evolution process from being on the verge of disorder(2018-2020)to moderate coordination(2021);The evolution trends of coupling and coordination in each province and city of the Yangtze River Delta show significant heterogeneity,and policy incentives,the impact of the epidemic,and the timing of standards work are the core influencing factors.Accordingly,suggestions on the cultivation of standardization talents,the construction of a digital system,and regional differentiated development are put forward to facilitate the coordinated development of the two.关键词
