The Rule for Diagnosis,Treatment,Acupuncture,and Herbal Medicine for Tubal Factor Infertility in Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract
Objective To analyze the rule for diagnosis,treatment,acupuncture,and herbal medicine for tubal factor infertility(TFI)in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and to provide core ideas for clinical treatment.Methods The following clinical research was searched in Chinese databases:TCM oral and enema treatment in the last five years,as well as acupuncture and moxibustion treatment in the past two decades.After screening and processing,the literature data will be input into the inheritance auxiliary system of TCM(V3.0)to obtain the frequency,association rules,clustering com-binations,and so on.Results There were 63 syndrome-based prescriptions,47 enema prescriptions,and 30 acupuncture point prescriptions.Among the syndrome types,37 cases were qi stagnation and blood stasis,followed by dampness-heat stasis obstruction.The most popular medicine for internal prescription was Paeoniae Radix Rubra,and the most popular medicine for enema prescription was Patriniae Villosae Herba with"stasis"as the core principle,while appropriate pre-scriptions were given according to different syndrome types and medication methods.From the medication frequency and as-sociation rules,it could be concluded that the core formula was the Gexia Zhuyu formula,while the blood stasis-breaking and qi-moving combination of Sparganii Rhizoma and Curcumae Rhizoma,as well as the core enema combination of Patriniae Villosae Herba and Sargentodoxae Caulis were also emphasized in practice.Besides,Liquidambaris Fructus was frequently used in oral prescriptions to dredge collaterals and meridians.In the acupuncture prescription,the core acupoint combinations were Sanyinjiao,Qihai,Guanyuan,Zhongji,and Zigong,with the conception vessel as the basis for regulating the thoroughfare and conception vessels,as well as the uterus to assist pregnancy.Conclusion In the TCM treatment of TFI,the principle is regulating qi,activating blood,resolving stasis,and dredging meridians,the core is Gexia Zhuyu formu-la,and the supplement is breaking blood stasis,moving qi,resolving accumulation,clearing heat,removing toxins,removing masses,dredging collaterals,as well as regulating the thoroughfare,conception vessels,and uterus to assist pregnancy through mutual consideration of symptoms and root cause.关键词
