Evaluation System Establishment for TCM Syndrome Types of Depression Disease Based on Delphi Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process

Abstract
Objective To establish an evaluation system for TCM syndrome types of depression disease.Methods The Delphi method was used for two rounds of expert consultation,and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was resorted to index weight calculation,forming an evaluation system for TCM syndrome types of depression disease.Results After 2 rounds of expert consultation questionnaires in the Delphi method,8 syndrome types of depression disease and 35 evalua-tion items were screened.The syndrome types included liver qi stagnation syndrome,phlegm obstruction and qi stagnation syndrome,liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome,heart and spleen deficiency syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,qi depression transforming into fire syndrome,yin deficiency with effulgent fire syndrome,as well as de-pression debilitating mentality syndrome.Scores were assigned to 35 evaluation items by AHP,with ideal consistency test results.Conclusion An evaluation system was initially formed for TCM syndrome types of depression disease by the Del-phi method and AHP,providing references for the diagnosis of TCM syndrome types of depression disease.关键词
