基于VOSviewer和CiteSpace的中医药治疗化疗相关消化道反应研究热点及发展趋势可视化分析
Research Hotspots and Visualization Analysis of Development Trends of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Chemotherapy-related Digestive Tract Reactions Based on VOS viewer and CiteSpace

Abstract
Objective To sort out the research status,research hotspots,and trends in the treatment of chemother-apy-related digestive tract reactions by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)using CiteSpace software and VOSviewer soft-ware,and to provide theoretical references for the future research direction in this field.Methods Literature on TCM in treating chemotherapy-induced digestive tract reactions were searched on the Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang,and VIP literature databases in Chinese,as well as the Web of Science core collection literature data-bases and PubMed databases in English.CiteSpace 6.3.R1 software was used to analyze the authors,institutions,key-words,clustering,and research hotspots.Results A total of 1716 articles were included in the analyzed literature,with a steady increase in the number of articles from 2000 to 2016 and a significant increase in the number of articles since 2017.The highest number of articles by individual Chinese authors was 12,whereas that of articles by English authors was 7.The largest number of articles published in Chinese and English was from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine(BJCM).The high-frequency Chinese keywords mainly included chemotherapy and vomiting,while the high-frequency English key-words mainly included quality of life and cancer.The larger Chinese clustering modules were Zusanli,diarrhea,and clinical efficacy,while the larger English clustering modules were network pharmacology as well as alternative and complementary medicine.Conclusion The literature in Chinese on TCM in treating chemotherapy-related digestive tract reactions focuses on clinical intervention effects,while the literature in English focuses on mechanism studies.The research hotspots at home in recent years are non-pharmacological therapies of TCM,including acupoint application,acupuncture,and moxibustion,as well as ear-point pressure pills.For relevant research in the future,collaboration should be enhanced among authors as well as between diverse institutions and regions.关键词
