补肾活血法联合西医疗法治疗非透析慢性肾脏病-矿物质和骨异常的Meta分析
Meta-Analysis on the Efficacy of Bushen Huoxue Therapy with Western Medicine in Treating Non-Dialysis Chronic Kidney Disease-Mineral and Bone Disorder

Abstract
Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy of Bushen Huoxue therapy in treating non-dialysis chronic kidney disease-mineral and bone disorder(CKD-MBD).Methods Computerized searches were conducted in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,VIP Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP),China Biology Medicine disc(CBM),PubMed,Cochrane Library,EMBase,and Web of Science databases.Next,two researchers independently screened the literature and extracted data.Then,a meta-analysis was conducted using RevMan 5.4.Finally,the quality of the included studies was evaluated by the Cochrane risk of bias assessment tool and the modified Jadad scale.Results A total of 14 randomized controlled trials(RCTs)involving 845 pa-tients with CKD-MBD were included.The Meta-analysis results showed that,compared to basic Western medicine treat-ment alone,the treatment combined with Bushen Huoxue therapy could increase serum calcium levels[MD=0.10,95％CI(0.03,0.17),P＜0.000 01]in a better way,while decreasing the following levels:serum phosphorus[MD=-0.15,95％CI(-0.22,-0.07),P＜0.000 01],parathyroid hormone[MD=21.89,95％CI(-36.41,-7.37),P＜0.000 01],blood creatinine[MD=-42.60,95％CI(-72.34,-12.86),P＜0.000 01],and blood urea nitrogen[MD=-1.34,95％CI(-1.90,-0.79),P=0.09].Conclusion Based on the current evidence,basic Western medicine treatment with the traditional Chinese medicine of Bushen Huoxue may better improve serum calcium,serum phosphorus,parathyroid hormone levels,and renal function in CKD-MBD patients.However,due to the generally low quality of the included stud-ies,the above results need further validation with high-quality research.关键词
