针刺治疗肝气郁结证的选穴规律研究
Acupoint Selection Rules of Acupuncture Treatment for Liver-qi Stagnation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore acupoint selection rules of acupuncture treatment for liver-qi stagnation.Methods Relevant literature was searched to establish a database for association rule analysis and cluster analysis.Re-sults A total of 175 articles were included.The core acupoints were Taichong,Sanyinjiao,Baihui,Zusanli,and Shenmen.The most commonly used specific points were five transport points.The high-frequency meridians were the liver,bladder,and stomach meridians.The most frequently occurring disease was depression.The core acupoint combination with the high-est support was Taichong-Neiguan,while the combination with the highest confidence was Baihui-Yintang-Taichong.The frequent acupoints were in 5 clusters.Conclusion In acupuncture treatment for liver-qi stagnation,the acupoint se-lection mainly follows the combination of local acupoint as well as soothing liver and regulating qi.关键词
