基于CiteSpace的中医药治疗肾虚证研究热点和趋势的可视化分析
Visualization Analysis on Hotspots and Trends in Kidney Deficiency Pattern Treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on CiteSpace

Abstract
Objective To analyze the current status,research hotspots,and future development trends on kidney deficiency pattern treatment by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)based on CiteSpace.Methods The relevant literature published in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure by September 30,2024,was retrieved.CiteSpace software was used for visualization analysis on the authors,institutions,keyword co-occurrence,keyword cluster,keyword timeline,and keyword emergence.Results A total of 1175 Chinese papers were included.The total number of papers published in-creased in a fluctuating trend.The authors with the largest number of papers published were MIN You-jiang and LI Zhen.Institutions were mainly traditional Chinese medicine universities and their affiliated hospitals.The high-frequency key-words were kidney yang deficiency,kidney-yang deficiency pattern,spleen-kidney yang deficiency,kidney deficiency pattern,acupuncture,and Zhenwu decoction.Conclusion In kidney deficiency pattern treated by TCM,the research hotspots are the kidney deficiency pattern related diseases treated by acupuncture and medicine,as well as the spleen-kidney yang deficiency pattern related diseases treated by TCM.Future research trends are the Zhenwu decoction on related diseases,the clinical treatment of premature ovarian failure and osteoporosis and its effect on other body indicators,the effect of TCM on liver-kidney yin deficiency related diseases,as well as the effect of TCM on renal function.关键词
