补肺化纤汤治疗类风湿关节炎相关间质性肺病的疗效观察
Clinical Efficacy of Bufei Huaxian Decoction on Rheumatoid Arthritis-Interstitial Lung Disease

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Bufei Huaxia decoction in treating rheumatoid arthri-tis-interstitial lung disease(RA-ILD),and to provide scientific reference for clinical treatment of RA-ILD patients with traditional Chinese medicine for the benign prognosis of patients.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted in this study.A total of 46 RA-ILD patients treated with Bufei Huaxian decoction in the Qilu Hospital of Shandong Universi-ty Dezhou Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were included in the treatment group,while 24 patients treated only with Western medicine at the same hospital during the same period were enrolled as the control group.The control group received conventional Western medicine,while the treatment group was additionally given Bufei Huaxian decoction.After three months of treatment,the following aspects were observed and compared in both groups:clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores before and after treatment,the laboratory indexes[rheumatoid factor(RF),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)/forced vital capacity(FVC)and diffusing capacity of the lungs for carbon monox-ide(DLco)],as well as high-resolution CT of the lungs(HRCT)semiquantitative score and disease activity score(DAS28 score).Results After treatment,the total clinical efficacy of the treatment group was 95.65％(44/46),which was higher than the control group(75.00％,18/24),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The TCM primary and secondary symptom scores in the two groups were lower(P＜0.05),with the scores significantly lower in the treatment group(P＜0.05).FEV1/FVC and DLco in the two groups were increased while RF was decreased(P＜0.05),with the a-bove changes being more pronounced in the treatment group(P＜0.05).Besides,the HRCT semi-quantitative scores and DAS28 scores of the two groups were reduced(P＜0.05),with both scores lower in the treatment group(P＜0.05).Con-clusion Bufei Huaxian decoction combined with conventional Western medicine can enhance the clinical efficacy of RA-ILD by reducing disease activity scores,improving clinical symptoms,and promoting pulmonary function recovery.关键词
