摘要

Abstract

To enhance the self-lubricating properties of the PTFE/PEEK porous material used for aerospace bearing cages,a PTFE/PEEK composite porous material was prepared using the Fused Deposition Modeling(FDM)process,followed by thermal treatment modification.The unmodified porous PTFE/PEEK materials were used as the control group to carry out the microstructure characterization and macroscopic tribological performance tests.The results show that the heat treatment modified PTFE/PEEK porous material has obvious pore characteristics and reasonable pore size.Under dry friction conditions,the low bearing capacity of the pore wall of the unmodified material can easily lead to the wear of the bearing components,the average friction factor of the modified dense specimen is reduced by about 35.06%,while the average friction factor of the porous specimen is reduced by more than 40%.Under the oil-poor lubrication conditions,the average friction factor of the unmodified porous sample is lower than that of the dense specimen.Under the oil-poor lubrication condition,the average friction factor of unmodified porous specimens is reduced by 28.03%compared with that of dense specimens,while the average friction factor of modified porous specimens is reduced by 54.65%,which indicates that heat treatment modification can not only effectively enhance the degree of crystallization of the surface layer of the porous material and load-bearing capacity,but also be of great importance for improving the self-lubricating performance of porous PTFE/PEEK aerospace bearing cage materials.
