交联共聚改性有机玻璃的制备及性能研究
Preparation and Properties Study of Crosslinked Copolymer Modified Organic Glass

Abstract
The article uses methyl methacrylate(MMA)as the main monomer,methacrylic acid(MAA)as the modifying monomer,and ethoxylated bisphenol A dimethacrylate(BPA2EODMA)as the crosslinking agent to prepare a series of cross-linked copolymerization modified organic glass by bulk polymerization.The effects of different volume fractions of MAA and BPA2EODMA on the transmittance,surface hardness,glass transition temperature(tg),and thermal stability of the modified organic glass were investigated using instruments such as UV-vis spectrophotometer(UV-vis),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),thermogravimetric analyzer(TG),and Shore hardness tester.The results showed that when the volume fraction of MAA reached 10%,the organic glass exhibited good transparency,the heat resistance was significantly improved,tg reached 144.1℃,and the hardness reached the maximum of 79.97.Excessive MAA leaded to a significant decrease in light transmittance.After the addition of BPA2EODMA crosslinking agent,the tg was further increased to 154.2℃,the thermal stability was enhanced,but the light transmittance and hardness were reduced.关键词
