摘要

Abstract

A novel green thermoplastic vulcanizate(TPV)was successfully developed using silica-reinforced silicone rubber(FSR)and polyhydroxybutyrate(PHB)as raw materials through dynamic vulcanization technology.The microphase structure,interfacial compatibility,and cross-linking network structure of the TPV were thoroughly investigated.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)revealed that a large number of FSR particles were dispersed in the continuous PHB phase,indicating the occurrence of phase inversion during the dynamic vulcanization process,resulting in a typical"sea-island"structure.Gel content testing and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)analysis elucidated the interfacial compatibilization reactions and their enhancement of the interfacial interactions between the FSR and PHB phases.The experimental results showed that when the mass ratio of FSR to PHB was 60∶40,the FSR/PHB TPV exhibited excellent mechanical properties,with a tensile strength of 5.6 MPa and an elongation at break of 200%.The prepared FSR/PHB TPV possesses good mechanical properties,excellent elasticity,ease of processing,and recyclability,making it a promising material for applications in biomedical devices and 3D printing materials.
