摘要

Abstract

Due to the complexity of the processing process of water-foamed polyurethane materials,numerical simulation of the forming process of polyurethane foam products in the early stage of product development can help design molds and optimize process parameters,and improve product development efficiency.A coupling model including curing and foaming reaction and viscosity was established for water-foamed polyurethane materials.The foaming and curing reaction rate and viscosity of water-foamed polyurethane were modeled by the n-order reaction kinetics model,autocatalytic model and reaction viscosity model.The material model of water-foamed polyurethane was established by parameter fitting.The simulation model of chemical foaming process is constructed based on CAE,which can be used for multi-gate forming analysis.
