摘要

Abstract

The article used polybutylene succinate(PBS)as the base resin and Shell furnace fly ash(FA)as the filler,and mixed by melt blending method to prepare a series of PBS/FA composites.The effect of the adding amount of FA on the properties of PBS/FA composites was studied.The flowability,thermal stability,mechanical properties,crystallization properties and micromorphology of the PBS/FA composites with different mass fraction of FA(0,5%,10%,20%,30%)were tested.The results show that the addition of FA can improve the performance of the PBS/FA composites.As the adding amount of FA increases,the thermal stability and crystallization properties of the PBS/FA composites gradually improve,the fluidity and tensile propertie gradually weaken,and the flexural properties gradually increase.When the mass fractrion of FA is 5%or 10%,the flowability and mechanical properties of PBS/FA composite materials do not differ significantly.When the mass fractrion of FA is 10%,the comprehensive properties of the PBS/FA composites are best.
