摘要

Abstract

The composite nucleating agent was prepared by blending boron nitride(BN)and POM·K30,and the effect of BN on crystallization parameters of polyoxymethylene organic nucleating agent POM·K30 and the effect of POM·K30/BN composite nucleating agent on crystallization and mechanical properties of POM·K90 were explored by differential scanning calorimetry,polarizing microscopy and intensity impact meter.The results showed that compared with POM·K90,when the POM·K30 was added with 20%of BN,the crystallization temperature increased from 146.3℃to 149.6℃,the crystallization half-peak width decreased from 2.89℃to 2.12℃,and the crystallinity increased from 56.7%to 76.2%.Whe the POM·K90 was added with 0.2%of POM·K30/BN,the crystallization temperature was increased from 146.3℃to 148.5℃,the spheroid crystal was refined,the notched impact strength was increased from 5.63 kJ/m2 to 5.73 kJ/m2,and the standard deviation was reduced from 0.266 to 0.204,the bending strength increased from 79.4 MPa to 82.6 MPa,the tensile strength increased from 61.8 MPa to 62.6 MPa,and there was no significant change in the elongation at break.When the POM·K90 was added with 0.2%of single BN nucleating agent,the nucleation effect was poorer than that of POM·K30/BN composite nucleating agent,the crystallization temperature has decreased by 1.3℃,the notched impact strength has decreased by 0.21 kJ/m2,the standard deviation has increased by 0.209.The POM·K30/BN composite nucleating agent to improve POM the crystallization performance and notched impact toughness of POM·K90 are better than those of a single BN nucleation system.
