摘要
Abstract
The article innovatively proposed to build finite element analysis models for corrugated pipes with specifications of ID16*1.25 and ID20*1.50 based on the minimum wall thickness of straight pipes, and to conduct structural instability and burst analysis.Simulations were performed at different temperatures, and burst tests were carried out at ambient temperatures of 23℃and 55℃for verification. The results show that the relative deviations between the burst pressure experiment results and simulation results for ID16*1.25 and ID20*1.50 are 1.74%and 6.62%,and 0 and 8.21%,respectively.The deviations between simulation results and experiment results for corrugated pipes at different angles are within 6.25%.The hypothesis of predicting the burst pressure of multi-layer corrugated pipes based on the minimum wall thickness of straight corrugated pipes is valid. The greater the corrugated wall thickness, angle, and wave peak R angle, the higher the burst pressure. When the wall thickness is the same, the smaller the pipe diameter and wave valley R angle, the higher the burst pressure. The crest spacing has no effect on the burst pressure.关键词
