Abstract
Ultraviolet-curing technology,with its advantages of high efficiency,energy saving,and environmental friendliness,has become a key technology in 21st-century green manufacturing.It plays a significant role in promoting green manufacturing and sustainable development and is widely used in the field of 3D printing.Photosensitive resins,composed of oligomers,photoinitiators,and reactive diluents,directly affect the performance of 3D-printed products.The article delves into the functions and classifications of photoinitiators,the impact of fillers and additives on resin performance,and the toughening modification methods of photosensitive resins,including physical and chemical toughening.The article also discusses other innovative modification techniques and the future development of ultraviolet-curing 3D printing technology,such as performance optimization,new material development,intelligent printing processes,expansion of application fields,and research on environmentally friendly materials and sustainability.Toughening modifications have significantly enhanced the toughness and durability of resins,so as to expand their application fields.关键词
