玉屏风散对罗曼蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质、免疫和生殖激素的影响
Effects of Yupingfeng powder on laying performance,egg quality,immunity,and reproductive hormones of Roman laying hens
摘要
Abstract
The study aims to explore the effect of Yupingfeng powder on the laying performance,egg quality,immunity,and reproductive hormones of Roman laying hens during the peak laying period.Eighty healthy 370-day-old Roman laying hens with similar body condition were randomly divided into two groups with eight replicates per group and five hens per replicate.The control group was fed the basic diet,and the experimental group was fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.5%Yupingfeng powder.The pre-test period was seven days and the formal test period was 60 days.The results showed as follows:Compared with control group,laying rate,average egg weight,average daily egg weight,eggshell weight,eggshell thickness,eggshell strength,Haber unit,and egg white height in experimental groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and average daily feed intake and feed to egg ratio in experimental groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The concentrations of luteinizing hormone,estrogen,anti-Mullerian hormone,interleukin-4,interleukin-10,immunoglobulin A and immunoglobulin G in serum of laying hens in experimental group were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the content of interleukin-6 was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The results show that 0.5%Yupingfeng powder can improve the level of immunity and reproductive hormone,improve the laying performance and egg quality of laying hens during the peak laying period.关键词
