Abstract
The study aims to investigate the effects of replacing fish meal with B12 bacterial protein on the growth performance,plasma biochemical indicators,and antioxidant properties of Micropterus salmoides.Select 375 Micropterus salmoides weigh(20.20±0.03)g and randomly divide them into five groups,with three replicates in each group and 25 fish per replicate.Pre-trial period 14 days,the formal trial period is 60 days.The control group(FM group)was fed with a basal diet containing 40%fish meal.The experimental group added 12.5%,25.0%,37.5%and 50.0%B12 bacterial protein as substitutes for fish meal.The results showed that compared with the control group,the feed coefficient of the 50.0%group was significantly increased(P<0.05),the liver to body ratios of the 37.5%and 50.0%groups was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the plasma malondialdehyde content in the 50.0%group was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Regression analysis was conducted on specific growth rates,and the appropriate amount of B12 bacterial protein added to Micropterus salmoides feed was 13.6%.The results show that B12 bacterial protein can replace 37.5%of fish meal,and has no adverse effects on growth performance,plasma biochemical indicators and antioxidant properties,and can alleviate oxidative stress response.关键词
