摘要

Abstract

The research aims to improve the production of δ-aminolevulinic acid(δ-ALA)in yeast culture by compounding strains and optimizing cultivation conditions.The experiment selected a compound of Candida lipolytica and Saccharomyces cerevisiae FQ17,and optimized the culture medium and conditions through single factor and orthogonal experiments.The production of δ-ALA in yeast culture was determined by spectrophotometry.The results showed that according to single factor and orthogonal experiment,the optimal culture conditions were as follows:Strain ratio 1∶2,inoculation amount 8%,molasses amount 4.75%,urea amount 0.050%,glucose amount 2.25%,glycine amount 20%,zinc sulfate amount 0.055%,magnesium sulfate amount 0.100%,iron sulfate amount 0.055%and chlorine sodium content 0.005%,the yield of δ-ALA in the yeast culture could reach 471.40 mg/kg.The research results indicate that composite yeast can significantly increase the production of δ-ALA in yeast culture.
