紫苏叶油对福氏志贺氏菌的抗菌活性及生物被膜形成作用的研究
Study on antibacterial activity and biofilm formation of Perilla leaf oil against Shigella flexneri
摘要
Abstract
The aim of this experiment was to investigate the antibacterial activity of Perilla leaf oil against Shigella fowleri in vitro and its inhibitory effect on biofilm.The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC),biofilm at different stages,and quorum sensing system of Perilla leaf oil against Shigella fowleri were determined by microbroth dilution method,viable bacteria count method,scanning electron microscope and qRT-PCR.Aureomycin hydrochloride was selected as positive drug to compare the results.The results showed that Perilla leaf oil had good antibacterial activity against Shigella flexneri and could delay the bacteria entering logarithmic growth phase effectively.It could clear the metabolic activity of bacteria in the biofilm and the total amount of biofilm in each stage of Shigella fowleri.It could also reduce the bacterial adhesion of Shigella fowleri,inhibit the development and reproduction of bacteria,and destroy its cell structure.Perilla leaf leaf oil can interfere with the regulation of biofilm by quorum sensing system by regulating the expression of related genes.The results show that Perilla leaf leaf oil has good antibacterial activity against Shigella fowleri in vitro,and can clear the biofilm at various growth stages of the bacterium.关键词
