漆黄素缓解黄曲霉毒素对小鼠毒性作用的研究
Studies on effect of fisetin in mitigating aflatoxin toxicity in mice

Abstract
The study aims to explore the effect of fisetin on mitigating aflatoxin toxicity in mice.Sixty 4-week-old Kunming mice were selected,randomly divided into three groups,each with four replicates and five mice(equal sex)per replicate.The control group was fed a basic diet.The AF group received 250 μg/kg of aflatoxin toxicity in the diet.The FI group received 250 μg/kg of aflatoxin toxicity and 50 mg/kg of fisetin.The pre-trial period one weeks,and the formal trial lasted five weeks.The results showed that compared to the control group,the AF group had significantly lower final weight,weight gain,and feed intake(P<0.05),and a significantly higher feed-to-weight ratio(P<0.05).Compared to the AF group,the FI group had significantly higher final weight,weight gain,and feed intake(P<0.05),and a significantly lower feed-to-weight ratio(P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the AF group had significantly higher alanine aminotransferase(ALT)activity(P<0.05)and extremely higher aspartate aminotransferase(AST)activity(P<0.01).Compared to the AF group,the FI group had significantly lower ALT activity(P<0.05)and extremely lower AST activity(P<0.01).Compared to the control group,the AF group had significantly lower catalase(CAT),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activities and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)(P<0.05),and significantly higher malondialdehyde(MDA)content(P<0.05).Compared to the AF group,the FI group had significantly higher GSH-Px activity and T-AOC(P<0.05),and significantly lower MDA content(P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the AF group had significantly higher interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)concentrations(P<0.05),and significantly lower interleukin-4(IL-4),immunoglobulin G(IgG),and immunoglobulin A(IgA)concentrations(P<0.05).Compared to the AF group,the FI group had significantly lower IL-6 and IL-1β concentrations(P<0.05),and significantly higher IL-4 and IgG concentrations(P<0.05).The study shows that fisetin can mitigate aflatoxin toxicity in mice by improving growth performance,biochemical indicators,antioxidant function and regulating immunity.关键词
