沙柳、花棒、羊柴对柠条青贮饲料发酵品质的影响
Effect of Salix psammophila,Corethrodendron scoparium,and Corethrodendron fruticosum on fermentation quality of Caragana korshinskii silage

Abstract
This experiment aimed to explore the effects of Salix psammophila,Corethrodendron scoparium,and Corethrodendron fruticosum on the fermentation quality of Caragana korshinskii silage in different months.In April,June,and August 2023,shrubs such as Caragana korshinskii,Salix psammophila,Corethrodendron scoparium,and Corethrodendron fruticosum were harvested in Hangjin County.A total of four groups were designed,including single silage of Caragana korshinskii(CK group),mixed silage of Caragana korshinskii and Corethrodendron scoparium at a ratio of 1∶1(CkCs group),mixed silage of Caragana korshinskii and Salix psammophila at a ratio of 1∶1(CkSc group),and mixed silage of Caragana korshinskii and Corethrodendron fruticosum at a ratio of 1∶1(CkCf group).The silage was fermented at room temperature for 30 days,and samples were taken on the 1st,3rd,and 30th days of fermentation to determine the nutritional components and fermentation quality.The results showed that the content of water soluble carbohydrates in Caragana korshinskii was the highest when harvested in June,reaching 7.37 mg/g,and the lowest in August,being 5.35 mg/g.After 30 days of silage,the water soluble carbohydrate content in CK group in June was 6.60 mg/g higher than that in April and August samples,and the neutral detergent fiber content was lower than that in April and August samples.After 30 days of silage,the CK group had a low content of lignin and butyric acid,and a low pH value.In April and June,the concentrations of formic acid and lactic acid in the CK group after 30 days of silage were higher than those in other groups.The research shows that the fermentation quality of single silage of Caragana korshinskii is better than that of mixed silage,and June is the most suitable month for its harvesting and silage.关键词
