压砂地不同种植年限金银花枝叶的营养成分分析及综合评价
Nutrient composition analysis and comprehensive evaluation of Lonicera japonica Thunb.branches and leaves with different planting years in gravel-mulched field

Abstract
The aim of this experiment was to clarify the nutritional components of the branches and leaves of Lonicera japonica Thunb.in different planting years,and to provide reference for the development and utilization of the by-products of the branches and leaves of Lonicera japonica Thunb.The leaves and branches of Lonicera japonica Thunb.planted for 4,5 and 7 years were collected,and the nutritional components of the leaves and branches of Lonicera japonica Thunb.planted for different years were determined.The results showed that the contents of crude protein(CP),crude fat(EE),crude ash(Ash)and relative feeding value(RFV)of leaves were higher than those of branches,and the contents of acid detergent fiber(ADF)and neutral detergent fiber(NDF)of leaves were lower than those of branches.The contents of calcium(Ca),iron(Fe),zinc(Zn)and selenium(Se)in Lonicera japonica Thunb.branches with different planting years were significantly higher than those in leaves(P<0.05).The content of vitamin C(VC)in Lonicera japonica Thunb.leaves with different planting years was significantly higher than that in branches(P<0.05),while the content of vitamin B1(VB1)and vitamin E(VE)was significantly lower than that in branches(P<0.05).The study indicates that Lonicera japonica Thunb.leaves and branches were rich in protein,mineral elements and vitamins,and had high feeding value.The leaves and branches of Lonicera japonica Thunb.planted for 4-5 years and 5 years had high nutritional value,and can be used as livestock feed,with great potential for development and utilization.关键词
