水产养殖中地西泮的污染特征及生态风险评估
Pollution Characteristics and Ecological Risk Assessment of Diazepam in Aquaculture

Abstract
Dongguan City is in the Pearl River Delta with extensive water resources and intensive aqua-culture.In this study,Dongguan was selected as the study area,and we analyzed the pollution characteris-tics of diazepam and its three metabolites(oxazepam,temazepam and nordazepam)in an aquaculture en-vironment,and evaluated the ecological risk of the pollutants in the investigation area.We aimed to pro-vide evidence for controlling and treating diazepam pollution in the aquaculture industry.From March to July of 2023,127 samples each of water and sediment were collected from selected aquaculture farms in Dongguan City.The study area was divided into three regions(A,B,C)according to the primary aquacul-ture species.The concentrations of diazepam and its metabolites were analyzed using solid-phase extrac-tion coupled with ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(SPE-UPLC-MS/MS).The risk quotient(QR)method and the principle of"maximum value"were then used to evaluate the regional ecological risk.The detected levels of diazepam,nordazepam,temazepam and oxazepam in the water were higher than in the sediments,with concentration ranges of nd-291.104 ng/L in the aquacul-ture water and nd-4.127 ng/g in the sediments.Among the 127 aquaculture water samples,a total of 82 samples were detected containing diazepam,oxazepam,temazepam and nordazepam,with concentration ranges of nd-291.104 ng/L,nd-3.910 ng/L,nd-122.132 ng/L and nd-21.356 ng/L,respectively.A total of 38 samples containing diazepam,oxazepam,temazepam and nordazepam were detected among the 127 sediment samples,and the corresponding drug concentration ranges were nd-4.127 ng/g,nd-0.208 ng/g,nd-0.330 ng/g,nd-0.296 ng/g.Diazepam pollution posed a medium risk in the aquaculture water environ-ment of all three regions,and a medium risk in the sediment environments of two regions.The risk posed by the drug metabolites was low in both aquaculture water and sediment.The ecological risk of diazepam exposure in the breeding environment should not be ignored,and effective preventive measures should be taken as soon as possible.关键词
