堆肥污泥添加对黄土丘陵区草地土壤酶活性及动力学特征的影响
Effects of compost sludge addition on soil enzyme activities and kinetic characteristics in grassland soil of the Loess hilly region

Abstract
[Objective]This study aims to uncover the dominant driving factors of soil enzyme activity characteristics,providing a scientific basis for the resource utilization of compost sludge and the improvement of soil quality.[Methods]An indoor incubation experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of composted sludge application rates(0%,2%,5%,10%,15%and 20%)and incubation temperatures(5℃,15℃,25℃and 35℃)on the activities of β-glucosidase(BG),N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase(NAG),and alkaline phosphatase(ALP)as well as their kinetic parameters in typical grassland soils of the Loess hilly region.[Results]The results showed that the highest activities of BG and ALP were observed with 5%compost sludge addition,while NAG activity peaked at 15%compost sludge addition.The soil enzyme activities at 35℃were 17%~168%higher compared to 5℃.The maximum reaction rate(Vmax)of BG and ALP increased by 27%~73%and 68%~151%,respectively,with 5%composted sludge addition compared to the control,while the Vmax of NAG increased by 82%~289%with 15%composted sludge addition.The catalytic efficiency(Kcat)of BG reached its peak with 10%composted sludge addition,increasing by 46%~150%compared to the control.Meanwhile,the Kcat of NAG and ALP increased by 335%~589%and 3%~51%,respectively,with 15%composted sludge addition.Redundancy analysis showed that nitrate nitrogen,total phosphorus,organic carbon,and available phosphorus were the main factors affecting soil enzyme activities and kinetic parameters.[Conclusion]Applying moderate amounts(5%~15%)of composted sludge in degraded grasslands of the Loess hilly region significantly enhanced soil enzyme activities and kinetic parameters,greatly improving soil quality.In particular,5%compost sludge significantly increased BG and ALP activities,whereas 15%compost sludge significantly enhanced NAG activity,highlighting the positive role of compost sludge in soil restoration.关键词
