桉阔混交模式下土壤养分及有机组分FTIR特征研究
Study on soil nutrients and FTIR characteristics of organic components under Eucalyptus-broadleaf mixed plantation

Abstract
[Objective]To explore the effects of mixed forests composed of eucalyptus and native precious broadleaf tree species such as Mytilaria laosensis,Magnolia sumatrana and Michelia gioii on the soil nutrients and organic component characteristics in the South Asian subtropical region,providing theoretical support for the selection of companion species for mixed forests as well as the exploration of the potential of soil carbon sinks.[Methods]Soil samples from 0-20 cm and 20-40 cm layers were collected and analyzed for conventional chemical properties.Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR)technology was used for qualitative and semi-quantitative analysis of soil organic components.[Results](1)Compared to pure eucalyptus forest(CK),the soil organic matter,total nitrogen,total phosphorus and total potassium contents of the mixed forest were significantly higher,and the soil nutrient content of the Magnolia sumatrana mixed forest(A×H)was the highest.(2)FTIR analysis showed that the soil of the mixed forest exhibited silicate absorption characteristics,and the contents of organic functional groups such as Aromatics(Arom),Esters(Est),and Alcohols&Phenols(Alcs&Phls)were significantly higher than those in CK,indicating that the companion tree species significantly enhanced soil organic component content.(3)Redundancy analysis(RDA)showed that in the 0-20 cm soil layer,soil fertility indicators such as SOC,TN,AP,and AN had a strong positive relationship with organic functional groups such as Arom,Est,and Alcs&Phls,whereas in the 20-40 cm layer,this positive relationship weakened but remained significant.[Conclusion]Mixing eucalyptus with companion tree species can significantly improve soil nutrient content and organic component characteristics,positively influencing soil carbon cycle and ecosystem stability,providing a theoretical basis for optimizing the management strategy of eucalyptus mixed forests.关键词
