弥漫性子宫腺肌病病人PUSH术的加速康复外科路径构建
Construction of enhanced recovery after surgery pathway of PUSH surgery for patients with diffuse adenomyosis

Abstract
Objective:To construct enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)pathway of fertility preservative surgery for diffuse uterine pathologies with protection of uterine structures for healing(PUSH)for patients with diffuse adenomyosis.Methods:The ERAS pathway of PUSH surgery for patients with diffuse adenomyosis was constructed through literature review and Delphi method.Results:The response rates for the 2 rounds of expert inquiry questionnaires were 100.00%and 95.65%,respectively.The expert authority coefficients both were 0.88.The Kendall's W of the secondary indicators were 0.249 and 0.259,respectively.And the Kendall's W of the tertiary indicators were 0.209 and 0.241,respectively(all P<0.001).The ERAS pathway of PUSH surgery for patients with diffuse adenomyosis ultimately formed.It included 7 first-level indicators and 44 second-level indicators and 76 three-level indicators.Conclusions:The ERAS pathway of PUSH surgery for patients with diffuse adenomyosis is scientific,reliable,and practical.关键词
