老年肺癌术后病人居家自我管理方案的构建
Development of home-based self-management program for elderly patients after lung cancer surgery

Abstract
Objective:To develop home-based self-management program for elderly patients after lung cancer surgery.Methods:The preliminary draft of home-based self-management program for elderly patients after lung cancer surgery was formed through literature review and panel discussions.The Delphi method was employed to conduct expert consultations with 16 experts.Then the final version of the home-based self-management program for elderly patients after lung cancer surgery was formed.Results:Two rounds of inquiry were conducted.The effective response rates for both rounds of inquiry were 100%.The expert authority coefficient for both rounds of inquiry were 0.879.In the first round,Kendall's W values for the importance and feasibility of the items were 0.249 and 0.328,respectively(both P<0.001).In the second round,Kendall's W values for the importance and feasibility of the items were 0.262 and 0.333,respectively(both P<0.001).The coefficients of variation for the importance and feasibility of the items in the second round ranged from 0.05 to 0.20 and 0.09 to 0.21,respectively.The final version of the home-based self-management program for elderly patients after lung cancer surgery formed included 2 first-level items,12 second-level items,and 32 third-level items.Conclusions:The home-based self-management program for elderly patients after lung cancer surgery had a certain degree of scientificity,comprehensiveness,feasibility,and practicality.It could provide guidance for the home-based self-management of elderly patients after lung cancer surgery.关键词
