基于健康行为互动模式的早期肢体功能康复护理在脑梗死病人中的应用
Application of early rehabilitation of extremities functions based on interaction model of client health behavior in patients with cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of of early rehabilitation of extremities functions based on interaction model of client health behavior(IMCHB)in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:80 patients with cerebral infarction were hospitalized in the neurology department of a tertiary grade A hospital in Shanxi were selected as the research subjects by convenience sampling method from June to October 2023.And patients in neurology ward one were included in the control group.While patients in neurology ward two were included in observation group,40 cases each.The control group patients received routine neurology nursing during hospitalization,while observation group patients received early rehabilitation of extremities functions based on IMCHB on the basis of the control group.The motor function score,functional exercise compliance score,self-efficacy score,and quality of life score of patients were compared.Results:Three patients in observation group lost to follow-up.And two cases in the control group lost to follow-up.Ultimately,37 patients in observation group completed the study,while 38 patients in the control group completed the study.The motor function score,func tional exercise compliance score,self-efficacy score,and quality of life score of patients all had time,interclass,and interaction effects.And the scores of observation group were higher than those of the control group at different time points after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusions:Implementing extremities functions based on IMCHB is beneficial for improving the motor function and quality of life of patients with cerebral infarction.And it may promote the formation of health-related behaviors of patients.关键词
