老年维持性血液透析病人发生蛋白质能量消耗的影响因素
Influencing factors of protein energy wasting in elderly maintenance hemodialysis patients

Abstract
Objective:To explore the protein energy wasting(PEW)in elderly maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients.Methods:A total of 106 elderly patients diagnosed with chronic kidney disease requiring MHD treatment at Hemodialysis Center of the Department of Nephrology in People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were selected as study subjects from January to July 2024.General information of patients were investigated.Serum biochemical parameters of patients were analyzed.Energy intake status of all cases were evaluated by using 24 h dietary recall(24HR).Nutritional status of them assessed with Mini Nutritional Assessment(MNA).And malnutrition status was assessed with Malnutrition-Inflammation Score(MIS).Results:Among the 106 patients,51 developed PEW.The incidence rate was 48.11%.The result of Logistic regression analysis showed that age,calf circumference,serum vitamin D,24HR,and MIS score were influencing factors of PEW in elderly MHD patients(P<0.05).Conclusions:The occurrence of PEW in elderly MHD patients was associated with age,calf circumference,serum vitamin D,24HR,and MIS score.Medical staff should implement targeted nursing interventions to reduce the risk of PEW in elderly MHD patients.关键词
