新质生产力赋能乡村振兴:何以可能与何以为之?
New-quality productive forces empowering rural revitalization:pathways and mechanisms

Abstract
How to effectively promote the realization of the strategic goal of rural revitalization is an important issue in the process of agricultural and rural development.As the latest qualitative state in the evolution of human society,the new-quality productive force takes innovation as the core,gets rid of the traditional productive forces development path,and takes the optimal combina-tion of labor,labor materials and labor objects as the basic connotation.This paper constructs the logical framework of rural revi-talization empowered by new-quality productive forces.At the value-leading level,the attributes of science and technology,high efficiency and high quality embodied in the new-quality productive forces can determine the strategic positioning of rural revitaliza-tion and answer what kind of rural revitalization can be realized.At the level of empowerment approach,it mainly empowers rural revitalization through technology embedding,factor allocation and industrial upgrading,and answers the question of how to pro-mote rural revitalization.At the level of basic content,it mainly serve as the practical starting point to promote rural revitalization through influencing rural development,rural construction and rural governance,and answer the key areas to promote rural revital-ization.The practical approach of cultivating rural new-quality productive forces and promoting rural revitalization is mainly mani-fested in three aspects:deepening rural reform is the basis,promoting technological innovation is the key,and accelerating industri-al upgrading is the carrier.关键词
