村级统筹农业生产托管服务能提升乡村治理水平吗?
Can village community coordinated agricultural production trusteeship service improve rural gover-nance?——Anempirical study based on 21 pilot counties and districts in Anhui Province
摘要
Abstract
The positive effect of village community coordinated agricultural production trusteeship service on agricultural produc-tion has been confirmed by academics,but whether this effect can be radiated to the field of rural governance still needs to be fur-ther examined.Through field research in 21 counties and districts in Anhui Province,we constructed an analytical framework based on the theories of polycentric governance,contractual governance and institutional trust.The results show that village com-munity coordinated trusteeship not only can directly improve the level of rural governance,but also can indirectly enhance the lev-el of rural governance through partial mediating effects stemming from the two-way organization integrating between farmers and agricultural production service organizations and strengthening institutional trust mechanism.关键词
