解剖教学中死亡教育的教学模式探索与评价
Research on the experiential teaching approach to death education in the course of anatomy

Abstract
To explore the feasibility of death education in the early stage of medical education,the authors integrated death education into the course of systematic anatomy and conducted research.A total of 120 clinical medicine students participated in the research and they were divided into two groups randomly:an experimental group(experiential teaching)and a control group(conventional teach-ing).The authors investigated the experiential teaching approach in the experimental teaching of anatomy using a cohort control study design and questionnaire surveys.Statistics show that the scores of experimental group are significantly higher than those of the control group in the factors of attitudes toward death,positive emotions,and stress management(P<0.05)after one session of death educa-tion;the scores of the experimental group are significantly higher than those of the control group in the factors of cognition of death,positive emotions,and emotional blunting(P<0.05)as well at the end of the course.In conclusion,the integration of death educa-tion into the teaching of anatomy can facilitate the medical students'understanding of death and improve their coping skills for death,thereby laying a solid foundation for subsequent education of medical humanities.关键词
