药物化学"5E"教学模式研究与实践
Research on 5E instructional model in the course of medicinal chemistry
摘要
Abstract
The authors explored 5 E(Engage,Explore,Explain,Elaborate,and Evaluate)instructional model in the theoretical teaching of medicinal chemistry.They conducted research in pharmacy majors of Grade 2021 and 2022 and used the scores of mid-term exams and final exams as indicators to evaluate the teaching effect.SPSS statistical software and GraphPad Prism statistical software were used for data analysis and the results show that the scores of experimental groups were significantly higher than those of control groups(P<0.05).A questionnaire survey was conducted and the results show that 5 E instructional model can increase the students'interest in learning,improve their performance,and enhance their comprehensive quality.关键词
