摘要

Abstract

In the postgraduate education system,the supervisor-postgraduate relationship serves as a bridge connecting supervisors and postgraduates and has a crucial impact on postgraduate students'scientific research and academic exploration.This paper explores the correlation between supervisor-postgraduate relationship and scientific research innovation abilities of postgraduates.The authors conducted a questionnaire survey in the postgraduates and collected data on their evaluations of supervisor-postgraduate relationship and their research innovation abilities.The statistics indicated that multiple dimensions of supervisor-postgraduate relationship(including supervisors'guidance style,communication frequency,and communication quality)had significant impacts on postgraduates'scientif-ic research innovation abilities,and harmonious supervisor-postgraduate relationship could effectively enhance the scientific research innovation abilities in postgraduates.This study provides empirical evidence and theoretical guidance for optimizing the model of super-visor-postgraduate relationship and improving the research innovation abilities in postgraduates.It also offers theoretical value and sug-gestions for improving the quality of pharmaceutical talent cultivation.
