摘要

Abstract

Titanium mordenite catalysts were prepared by a one-step liquid-solid phase method and characterized by XRD,SEM,XPS,FTIR,UV-Vis,N2 adsorption-desorption,and XRF.Then it was applied to cyclohexanone ammoximation reaction conditions to examine the activity of the catalyst.The experimental results show that the synergistic effect of H+and F-in the liquid-solid-phase reaction system leads to the de-alumination of the mordenite at room temperature.At the same time,the Ti element in the liquid phase is successfully implanted in the hydroxyl nests formed by de-alumination within the molecular sieve skeleton in a tetra-coordinated state.It is conducive to the generation of mesopores for the diffusion of the substrate molecules;under the reaction conditions of catalyst amount 0.2 g,70℃,2 h,n(cyclohexanone)∶n(H2O2)∶n(NH3)=1.0∶1.2∶1.7,the conversion of cyclohexanone is 99.5%,and the selectivity of the cyclohexanone oxime reaches 99.9%.
