Abstract
Thermal condensation and oxidative condensation mechanism of ethylene tar were investigated.Their physical properties and structural parameters were analyzed to explore the thermal conversion mechanism of ethylene tar using the two processes.The results indicate that raw material condensation in oxidative condensation process is significantly faster than the thermal condensation,with the softening point of products rising rapidly.The products also show a higher yield.The thermal conversion process is accompanied by processes such as dealkylation side chain and aromatization,but the conversion pathways are different in the two processes.In the thermal condensation process,the raw material molecules are condensed into large molecules in the form of aromatization,while in the oxidative condensation process,the raw material molecules are condensed into large molecules in the form of oxidative crosslinking.关键词
