Abstract

The effect of changes in sulfur,nitrogen,olefins,and dienes on the reforming pre-hydrogenation after blending coking naphtha was studied.The results show that the diene number(based on 100 g oil)highly blended with coking naphtha can be reduced from 5.0 g to 0.2 g with reaction pressure of 3.2 MPa,standard hydrogen/oil volume ratio of 400,protectant volume space velocity of 4.0 h-1,and reaction temperature of 190℃.The mass fractions of sulfur and nitrogen in the product can all be less than 0.5 μg/g with the reaction pressure of 3.2 MPa,refining agent volume space velocity of 2.0 h-1,and standard hydrogen/oil volume ratio of 400,and the blending ratio of coker naphtha less than 50%(w).When the outlet temperature of the reactor is higher than 340℃,the bromine value(based on 100 g oil)of the product will be higher than 0.1 g.For industrial devices,a low-temperature reaction zone can be set up to refine the product,so as to meet the requirements of reforming feed.
