天然气井口节流阀数值模拟研究
Numerical simulation of natural gas wellhead throttle valve
摘要
Abstract
The numerical simulation of the throttling characteristics of natural gas flowing through the angular throttle valve was studied.A numerical model of the distribution of pressure and temperature field under the throttling condition of the gas well was established according to the downhole throttling mechanism and the real equation of the state of the gas.The pressure and temperature distribution characteristics of the throttling process under different temperatures,flow rates,openings,and different throttle pressure drop gradients were carried out.The law of throttling characteristics was then obtained.According to the simulation result,there are extreme values of temperature and pressure at the throat position of the throttle valve.The opening of the throttle valve has a critical value(not higher than 10%)for the risk of hydrate formation.The throttling pressure drop increases with the higher flow velocity and decreases with the higher gas temperature.As the operating pressure of the pipeline rises,the maximum pressure drop of the pipeline and the pressure drop of the inlet and outlet both go up.The difference value between the two also increases.关键词
