Integrated technology of corrosion inhibition and foam drainage in shale gas wells

Abstract
During the process of using foaming agents and corrosion inhibitors to solve the problems of water accumulation and corroded casings in gas field exploitation,the problem of poor compatibility often occurs,which leads to a reduction in the usage efficiency.To address this issue,cetyl phosphate betaine(CLJ-1)was optimally selected as the foaming agent,and it was combined with the imidazoline-type corrosion inhibitor stearic acid diethylenetriamine imidazoline(SDEAI)that has good compatibility with it to form the compound corrosion-inhibiting and foaming agent CLJ-1Y.The foam-discharging and corrosion-inhibiting performance of CLJ-1Y was studied.The experimental results show that under the conditions of m(CLJ-1)∶m(SDEAI)=10,85℃,and mineralization degree 300 g/L,the foaming ability of this compound system is 201 mm,the foam-stabilizing ability is 68 mm,the liquid-carrying capacity is 181 mL,and the corrosion-inhibition rate is 75%,indicating good corrosion-inhibiting and foam-discharging performance.This compound system can still maintain good corrosion-inhibiting and foam-discharging performance under high-temperature and high-salinity conditions.关键词
