Conflict Simulation and Resolution Strategies Among Stakeholders of Open Access to Academic Books

Abstract
Preferences and conflicts of interest among various stakeholders in open access to books have slowed down the process of full conversion of academic books to open access.Analyzing the strategy choices and balanced strategy combinations of various subjects with interests in open access to academic books can help find strategy choices to break conflicts,promote inter-subject cooperation and win-win situation,and promote the gradual conversion of academic books to open access.In this paper,we use the graph model for conflict resolution to construct a conflict model of the core stakeholders of open access to academic books,and conduct stability analysis and post-stabilization analysis.The study finds that the ideal path to achieve the equilibrium solution is for authors to choose diamond open access,publishers to choose moderate openness,documentation organizations to choose to participate in open access,funding agencies to financially support publishers,and users to support open access.Further sensitivity analysis shows that the outcome of the equilibrium solution is more sensitive to the publisher's preference information,suggesting that the publisher's strategic choice plays a crucial role in resolving the conflicts.In order to find the path of mutual cooperation and win-win situation,this paper puts forward the collaboration proposal based on the open access business process,taking the cooperative equilibrium solution of group rationality as the goal orientation.关键词
