雌孕激素序贯疗法治疗不全流产的疗效与安全性研究
Efficacy and safety of sequential therapy of estrogen and progesterone in the treatment of incomplete abortion

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of sequential therapy of estrogen and progesterone in the treatment of incomplete abortion. Methods:A total of 26 patients with incomplete abortion after medical abortion diagnosed in the outpatient department of Changzhou Second People's Hospital from May to October 2024 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were reexamined by transvaginal ultrasound from the 7th day to the 14th day after drug abortion,suggesting that there was some residual pregnancy tissue in the uterine cavity,and were treated with simple estrogen and progesterone sequential therapy.All patients were reexamined for blood β-HCG level and transvaginal ultrasonography on the 15th day of estrogen and progesterone sequential therapy and 2-3 days after complete withdrawal of bleeding due to the cessation of medication.The effect was evaluated to determine whether the second and third cycles of treatment were performed,and the occurrence of adverse reactions was recorded. Results:Among the 26 patients enrolled,3 patients were dropped out(2 patients were lost to follow-up,and one refused drug treatment after enrollment),and 23 patients were finally included in the analysis.All 23 patients were cured,of whom 18 patients were cured in 1 cycle(28 d),4 patients were cured in 2 cycles(56 d),and 1 patient was cured in 3 cycles(84 d).There was no obvious functional damage to the liver and kidneys,massive vaginal bleeding and allergic reactions in all patients during treatment.One patient had mild nausea in the third cycle of medication.One patient had mild breast tenderness during the second cycle of medication.Two patients conceived naturally within 3 months after cure. Conclusions:Estrogen and progesterone sequential therapy may have satisfactory clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment of incomplete abortion,but it still needs to be verified by a larger sample size and multi-center study.关键词
