摘要
Abstract
A retrospective summary was conducted on 10 perimenopausal patients aged 38 to 54 years old,who experienced problems such as shortened menstrual cycle and prolonged menstrual period,accompanied by menopausal symptoms.By treating with estrogen alone and monitoring basal body temperature,and closely following up,it was found that the menopausal symptoms and menstrual cycle of patients improved significantly after treatment.For perimenopausal women who are still ovulating,using low-dose estrogen alone is feasible and safe,as it can improve low estrogen symptoms and adjust menstrual cycles.But close follow-up is needed to adjust the treatment plan according to changes in menstrual patterns.关键词
