Abstract

Railway engineering is a complex system characterized by extensive interdisciplinary overlaps and numerous participating units.This results in many interrelated specialized interfaces that are closely connected in time and space,both physically and functionally.In order to improve the efficiency of specialized interface management of railway engineering,promote coordination and collaboration among participating units,and address the lack of coordination among specialized interfaces,this paper constructed a management system framework based on the concept of integrated management of railway engineering projects.This framework included organizational collaboration,process collaboration,and information collaboration.By integrating various specialized resources,a specialized interface collaborative management information system was designed to support efficient management and sharing of interface information.The proposed management system framework clarified the responsibilities and objectives of each participant and introduced organizational system coordination,goal coordination,relationship coordination,as well as coordination management process and information coordination management mechanism,thereby achieving the effective management of specialized interfaces.The framework of integrated collaborative management system for railway engineering interface provides theoretical guidance and practical support for railway engineering interface management.By combining this system with information technology,it can effectively improve management efficiency,ensure project quality,shorten the construction period,and promote coordination and cooperation between professionals,providing essential support for the smooth implementation of the railway project.
