Abstract

Due to the rapid development of urban areas,suburban railways have become one of the key modes of transport.Compared with national railways,suburban railways have higher station density,and any rail modification affects multiple stations simultaneously.To address the issues of low collaboration efficiency,redundant functions in existing software,and complex operation in traditional separated rail-station design patterns of suburban railways,this study aims to revolutionize the traditional separated rail-station design model by developing an integrated rail-station collaborative design system tailored for metropolitan railway characteristics.This system enables parametric collaboration and intelligent design throughout the entire process between rails and stations.Considering the design features of suburban railways,a rail-station collaborative design system for suburban railways was developed based on professional rail software.In this system,a series of customized entities for station equipment were generated,and two methods,namely the unit-based method and module-based method,were provided for designing station schemes.The relationships between rails and stations and between various station equipment were established based on association graph structures,and responder technology enabled collaborative design and dynamic updates between rails and stations.Additionally,an auxiliary calculation and output module was developed to automatically calculate the engineering quantities of rails and stations in suburban railways,generate detailed information tables and design drawings of the schemes,and establish a data interface with professional station design software.The research results showed that this system was successfully applied in projects such as Taizhou S2 Line and Wenzhou S3 Line,significantly improving design efficiency,reducing professional collaborative time,and achieving seamless data connection between rails and stations.This system effectively addresses the challenges of rail-station collaborative design in suburban railways,laying a foundation for the integrated rail-station design in national railways.
