Study on Deformation Patterns of Taoping Tunnel Under Large-Scale Goaf

Abstract
This study aims to investigate the influence of mining-induced deformation on railway tunnels under large-scale goaf and analyze the deformation patterns of tunnels.The Taoping tunnel of Houma-Yueshan railway was selected as the study subject.Based on regional geological survey data,existing tunnel defects,and goaf distribution,the internal settlement monitoring and InSAR surface deformation data were analyzed to explore the basic characteristics and distribution patterns of tunnel structural and surface subsidence deformations under current mining conditions.The tunnel deformation under the influence of residual settlement in the existing mining face was calculated and analyzed using the probability integral method.The height of the collapse fissure zone was calculated,and the tunnel deformation after full mining was predicted.The potential deformation and failure modes of the tunnel were identified.Through numerical simulation,the basic deformation characteristics of the tunnel structure under the influence of residual deformation in the underlying goaf were verified,and the potential locations and modes of instability and failure were analyzed.The results showed that the residual settlement of the underlying goaf beneath the Taoping tunnel mainly occurred from the tunnel entrance to the K154 section.The maximum horizontal compression deformation was 6.96 mm/m,the maximum horizontal tensile deformation was 4 mm/m,the maximum horizontal displacement was 391.57 mm,and the maximum residual subsidence was 1 340.76 mm.The deformation of the goaf beneath the Taoping tunnel remained unstable,and the tunnel exhibited macroscopic stretching and compression phenomena.The deformation failure mode was characterized by tensile and compressive deformations of the tunnel structure under unevenly distributed stress.The potential failure modes were lining tensile cracking and surface extrusion uplift.关键词
