铁路行包快运安全检查问题分析及优化对策研究
Analysis of Safety Inspection Problems and Optimization Strategies for Railway Parcel Express Delivery

Abstract
As the society and economy advance,the range of goods categories for railway parcel transportation gradually expands and it is difficult to detect some more complex prohibited items,thus increasing transportation safety risks.Meanwhile,the emergence of new types of business such as high speed rail express delivery puts forward higher requirements for the security check and hazard detection system of stations.The traditional security check and hazard detection systems are gradually unable to adapt to the new demands.To this end,focusing on the current operation process of the railway parcel express security check and the current configuration status of security inspection equipment,this paper compared the security check strategies for civil aviation goods transportation and analyzed the main problems in the security check of railway parcel express delivery from three levels,including operation,management,and equipment.Additionally,combined with the actual situation of China's railway,five optimization suggestions were proposed to improve the prevention and control of the security check of railway parcel express delivery,including the introduction of machine pre-check processes,flexible employment of security check passages,consistent operation standards of security checks,research and development of intelligent security check equipment,and optimization of the personnel management mechanism.关键词
