摘要

Abstract

To address the problems of frequent train braking and increased energy consumption caused by speed restrictions at level crossings on regional railways,this study conducted an empirical analysis with the Dasong Railway in Hebei Province as the focus.Operational data at crossings were collected through field investigations,and a group quantization analysis of the crossings was performed with the K-means clustering algorithm.Then,an integrated energy-saving model framework was developed,encompassing three models of fundamental energy consumption,crossing optimization,and coasting optimization.The particle swarm optimization algorithm was employed to solve the models,with particular emphasis on comparative analysis of energy efficiency performance under 2,3,and 4 coasting-traction operation mode transition point strategies.Findings indicate that the operation plan with three operation mode transition points exhibits optimal comprehensive benefits.Compared to the conventional plan,it achieves a 13.22%reduction in energy consumption and a 2.38-ton decrease in CO2 emissions per million ton-kilometers while maintaining controllable running time.The research demonstrates that energy conservation and carbon reduction objectives for diesel locomotives under multiple constraints can be effectively achieved with the coordinated optimization of operation mode transition points and coasting control strategies.This research provides technical references for the operational optimization of similar railway systems.
